- Stiffened and sound deadened by one piece of kraft fiber honeycomb core.
- Securely bonded under pressure to both door frames.
- Honeycomb is 1″ hexagonal cell impregnated with a phenolic resin to resist moisture, decay and rot.
- 16 Gage Metal Frames.
- All welded frames are fabricated with floor anchors and wall anchors as required.
- Frames are mortised, reinforced, drilled and tapped in our factory for templated mortised hardware.
- All knocked down frames are provided with alignment tabs welded to jambs.
